The engine
Eat at the right time. The rest is detail.
No calorie counting, no nutrition dogma. MatchGrit times your meals around training and matches – via push, when it matters.
Sound familiar?
Sports nutrition sounds like a science degree. In reality, two questions decide your energy on court: what you eat – and above all, when. That's exactly what most players get wrong.
The eating timeline via push
Training at 7 pm? At 3:45 pm the push arrives: last full meal now. At 6:15: snack window. No calculating, no tracking – just eat when your phone says so.
Match-day precision
On match day the timeline turns surgical: last meal 2.5 to 3 hours out, light carbs after, hydration reminders included. If the match moves, the timeline moves – automatically.
Recovery with a window
After the session, the 30-minute window opens: carbs plus protein. MatchGrit reminds you while it works – not three hours later when the window has closed.
No dogma, no tracking obsession
No calories, no macro tables, no food database. Instead: clear, everyday guidance that fits your life – canteen included.

FAQ
Are there meal plans with recipes?
No – deliberately. MatchGrit delivers timing and guardrails, not diet plans. For individual nutrition therapy, get a professional on board.
What about vegetarian or vegan?
Suggestions come in omnivore, vegetarian and vegan. The timing principle stays the same.
Does this replace nutrition counseling?
No. MatchGrit is no substitute for medical or dietetic advice – it makes sure solid fundamentals actually happen in daily life.
