Match day is no longer a gamble.

Nutrition, warm-up and mental routine – timed to the minute around your match. And when the match moves, everything moves with it.

Sound familiar?

Most matches aren't lost on court – they're lost before it: wrong meal timing, a warm-up that's two hours old, waiting time that eats mental energy. Match day is a science almost nobody practices.

01

Your day, calculated backwards

You enter your match time. MatchGrit counts backwards: last full meal, snack window, travel, warm-up start, mental routine. Every step arrives via push at the right moment – all you have to think about is playing.

02

Match delayed? One tap.

2 pm becomes 4:30 – rain, a long previous match, club chaos. One tap on 'match delayed' and the entire plan is re-timed: nutrition adjusted, re-activation scheduled, mental routine reset. That's the moment your opponent gets nervous on a bench – and you don't.

03

A warm-up that actually warms you

Guided warm-up in three stages: activation, tennis-specific movement, hitting rhythm. Plus the re-activation routine for waiting periods – rope, shadow tennis, breathing. You start at 100% no matter how long you waited.

04

Mental routine included

Visualization, breath anchor, your match plan in three sentences. No woo-woo program – the same tools the pros use, compressed into 5 minutes.

Match moved to 4:30 pm.

MatchGrit

New plan. Warm-up 3:55. Last meal now 1:15 instead of 10:45 – light snack at 3:00. Until then: warm clothes, headphones, don't watch the match before yours.

MatchGrit

Re-activation at 3:40: 5 minutes rope, 3 minutes shadow tennis. I'll ping you.

FAQ

Does it work for doubles?

Yes. Match times, waiting windows and routines apply equally – tactical notes distinguish singles and doubles.

What if I have several matches in one day?

The Companion plans recovery between matches: food, hydration, load limits and the second warm-up.

Do I need a smartwatch for this?

No. A watch makes it more precise (heart rate, heat), but the full flow works without one.
