Terms of Participation – Waitlist & Founding Member Offer

1. Scope
These terms govern participation in the MatchGrit waitlist and the Founding Member offer of MatchGrit LLC, 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 16 or older. For juniors (10–17), parents or legal guardians participate. A confirmed signup (double opt-in) is required.
3. Waitlist & referral program
Every confirmed member receives a personal referral link. Confirmed signups via that link improve the member's waitlist position. Planned reward tiers (e.g. early beta access at 3 referrals, bonus analyses at 10) are maintained on the website/admin area and may be adjusted. Only confirmed signups count; manipulation attempts (fake emails, duplicate signups) lead to exclusion.
4. Founding Member offer
Confirmed waitlist members get the opportunity during the launch window (communicated at launch) to subscribe to MatchGrit Pro at €6.99/month or €54.99/year and Elite at €12.99/month or €99.00/year. The price guarantee applies for as long as the subscription runs uninterrupted. After cancellation, any later re-subscription uses the then-current list price.
5. No contract before launch
Joining the waitlist is non-binding and free. No purchase contract and no claim to services arises before launch. There is no claim to a specific launch date or to individual features.
6. Right to changes
We reserve the right to adjust the launch date, feature scope, pricing tiers and reward levels, provided this does not unreasonably disadvantage waitlist members. Material changes are communicated by email.
7. Privacy
Our privacy policy applies. Unsubscribing from the waitlist is possible anytime with one click.
